Sexual Misconduct Investigations

We conduct thorough and trauma-informed investigations. Victims are often reluctant to come forward and will not cooperate if they are questioned improperly or treated insensitively. We work with survivors who may be uncomfortable with traditional law firms or distrust existing institutional processes.

We perform independent assessments, including in-depth investigations to expose reporting gaps and determine the extent of cultural problems in the workplace, at schools, in sports organizations, or in other institutions in which sexual misconduct may occur.
