Sexual Misconduct Investigations

Where specific allegations of misconduct have been alleged, we conduct thorough and sensitive investigations to make fair and impartial determinations of what occurred. Interviewing victims of sexual misconduct requires specific training. Victims are often reluctant to come forward and will not cooperate if they are questioned improperly or treated badly. We have spent decades interviewing survivors in a variety of contexts and are able to understand their needs and concerns. At the same time, we have over two decades of experience representing and advising corporations.
