Following a comprehensive assessment of USA Weightlifting’s culture, Vestry Laight issued a report November 18, 2021, outlining recommendations in key areas to help ensure the safety of its athletes and continue to build a culture that is welcoming to everyone. In addition to focusing on USA Weightlifting’s culture from a DEI perspective, the evaluation also examined USAW's handling of a high-profile U.S. Center for SafeSport case from 2017.

Vestry Laight Engaged by USA Weightlifting

Vestry Laight has been engaged by USA Weightlifting, the National Governing Body for the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
